I came here thinking it was what I wanted until I read the reviews. They taught me that it is for floor cleaning obsessive compulsive people like my ex-fiance used to scrub the kitchen floor on hands and genoux.Ma situation is 800 square feet of vinyl flooring in a old farmhouse on a ranch. For years I suffered trying to wipe it with one of those sponge mops $ 10 in groceries. (No more ex-fiance on her hands and knees). What a slow, torture, trying to wipe with a sponge on a broomstick. SLOW! TOOL TERRIBLE! Reading many of these comments made me realize that this is NOT a mop. This is a steam iron on a stick for those who have already spotless floors, but that (rolls eyes) must disinfect (sterilize) the floor after dropping a piece of chicken. (shakes head). Funny, I never remember to file the raw chicken on my floor. . . Anyway, thank you for all examinations. I never received the Bissell Steam MOP. Fed Ex lost the package. Customer Service was contacted and they told me to call Fed Ex and package tracking. I did a trace and was placed on the shipment for 2 weeks and it was therefore considered lost. I called Allergy Be Gone Again “and told them they needed to file a claim with Fed Ex Now, the person who responded to their online customer service was very polite and patient, but was without authority or concern to get the product I ordered. She said she would file a claim. I asked if I would take another steam mop or a refund. She said that once the credit shown on their Fed Ex account I could call back and get either a credit or steam MOP. I called my company credit card and canceled the charge. I wonder if Allergy Be Gone never received a credit from the Fed Ex and if they are waiting for my call. Realtions Poor customer service.
