The infomercial looked too good to be true. When I used Haan Steam Cleaner all he did was create moisture and rub around the dirt. If you want to clean a floor, you can buy a mop, it’s the same thing and didn’t cost $ 100. Rating: 1 / 5

1. Very little steam is generated by the MOP2. You get basically a carpet hot or steam is forced into the floor as this would idéal3. Returned mop immédiatement.4. Conclusion: Pitiful product surrounded by HypeHinton Dillard Rating: 1 / 5

The MOP was defective from the get-go. The tank was emptied in 13 minutes, not 20, it was announced last. The floor was left wet. Customer Service said that there must be a leak and asked me to do diagnostic work and their report. As I am a steam MOP repair or what? They said they would send a replacement part so I can fix it myself. Never, never said they were sorry and would send a product that worked as advertised. Nothing worse than being sold a turkey and then told to fix it yourself. Very poor, if there was a price of zero star I would give him. Rating: 1 / 5

A bonus point (mattress attachment to steam) has been left out of the box factory. It was not a direct fault of Ken’s Sewing Center Vacuum & all. I called Ken’s (on a weekend) to let them know the game was missing. They were really friendly and understanding. The person on the phone apologized for the error Haan and said they would send some on the right of me, no postage, etc.. . . They are not only good as their word, he came later to less than 5 days, but when I opened the box, Ken’s Sewing & Vacuum Center was also included, by their own (free) , 2 Floor New pads and a gift for me. These pads are not so good marché.Ken ’s & Sewing Vacuum Center sells a lot of household stuff. I would buy from them and more. I highly recommend. Oh yeah, the boat works well aussi.Rating: 5 / 5
